In June 2003, Tung Ling Community Services (TLCS), a non-profit voluntary welfare organization was established to consolidate the entire scope of social concerns and services under the umbrella of a registered society.

Tung Ling Student Care
In partnership with PAP Community Foundation, TLCS manages the Tung Ling Student Care Centre located at Blk 138 Lorong Ah Soo.
Tung Ling Elder Care
TLCS manages the Elderly Activity Centre under Tung Ling COPE at Dakota Crescent (COPE is an acronym for Community Outreach Program for the Elderly, an initiative program established by South East Community Development Council). The centre programs are funded by SECDC.
TLCS proactively seek to foster closer ties with other like-minded voluntary welfare organizations like St.Luke’s Elder Care Centre at Block 126 Lorong Ah Soo and St Luke’s Elder Care Centre at Block 101 Tampines Street 11.
Tung Ling Educare
Under the Tung Link EduCare Center, Tung Ling Community Services are actively involved with MCYS in providing School Family Education (SFE).
